The main objective of this project was to take an existing trial model, extract the most important factors and to simplify installation for the most cost effective solution for 4 variations of a locker that work in a Click&Collect fashion, designed to accommodate all types of hardware available in B&Q stores. By researching a new selection of materials to best suit this project, I was able to value engineer the lockers without losing the main purpose and functionality.
